What are your COVID safety requirements?
Information about how we have adapted our tours to be COVID-Secure and ensure social distancing can be found in our COVID Customer policy here.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Our Castle Meadow ‘hidden street’ tour takes places in a historic setting with uneven floors and some sharp surfaces. For safety reasons young children need to be carried or supervised as appropriate throughout the tour.
Unfortunately the tour is not suitable for prams but these can be stored safely on site before the tour and collected at the end.
Our current tour is not specifically designed for children and does include some content about public executions which may not be appropriate for all children. We are looking at the possibility of developing a family friendly tour in the future.
