Discover a part of Norwich that is seldom seen…
Sadly due to Norfolk moving into Tier 4 on Boxing Day we’ll be closed for the foreseeable future. We’ll reopen our COVID-Secure tours as soon as we’re allowed to. In line with our booking terms and conditions we’ll be contacting customers who were due to attend a tour to issue refunds as eGift Vouchers.
eGift vouchers can still be purchased and will be extended to cover the period we’re closed. We hope to see you again soon!

What is Gift Aid?
Gift Aid allows charities like us to reclaim tax (25p for every £1) from the government on your donations. If you are a UK taxpayer, by opting to Gift Aid you enable us to treat your payment as a donation, so each £1 you spend can do £1.25 of good.
By selecting gift aid tickets and completing the gift aid declaration (only applicable for bookings of our Castle Meadow ‘hidden street’ tour) you are declaring that your purchase is for yourself or yourself and your family living at the same address, you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations it is your responsibility to pay any difference. Please notify the charity if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address, no longer pay sufficient tax on your income and/or capital gains. If you pay Income Tax at the higher or additional rate and want to receive the additional tax relief due to you, you must include all your Gift Aid donations on your Self-Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code.

What are your COVID safety requirements?
Information about how we have adapted our tours to be COVID-Secure and ensure social distancing can be found in our COVID Customer policy here.
Are your tours suitable for children?
Currently we’re only running our Castle Meadow ‘hidden street’ tour which takes places in a historic setting with uneven floors and some sharp surfaces. For safety reasons young children need to be carried or supervised as appropriate throughout the tour.
Unfortunately the tour is not suitable for prams but these can be stored safely on site before the tour and collected at the end.
Our current tour is not specifically designed for children and does include some content about public executions which may not be appropriate for all children. We are looking at the possibility of developing a family friendly tour in the future.
